CFA Institute Compliance
EduInvest Academy operates in full accordance with the CFA Institute® Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct. We maintain strict boundaries regarding exam integrity.

1. Professional Conduct & Ethics

Candidates enrolled in EduInvest Academy are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity. You agree to:
  • Never solicit or share confidential exam information (Standard VII(A)).
  • Refrain from using "recalled" or "leaked" exam questions.
  • Maintain professional decorum in all interactions.

2. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including video lectures and proprietary question banks, is the exclusive property of EduInvest Academy. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license.
Strict Prohibitions:
  • Recording or screen-capturing video content.
  • Reselling or "group-buying" access to a single account.
  • Sharing credentials with unauthorized users.

3. Disclaimer of Results

While we provide comprehensive tools, EduInvest Academy does not guarantee a passing score on the CFA® exams. Success depends on individual study habits and performance on exam day.

4. Limitation of Liability

EduInvest Academy will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if any violation of these terms—especially credential sharing or ethical breaches—is detected.
